Modular Fueling Belt System

Modular Endurance Running Belt

FUEL. HYDRATE. PERFORM.

The FERAL Modular Fueling Belt System is an adaptable endurance carry platform designed to move hydration, nutrition, and essential equipment without unnecessary bulk.

A structured belt chassis, interchangeable storage modules, dual hydration capability, secure zippered compartments, and adjustable load positioning allow the system to adapt to training distance, terrain, and mission requirements.

Endurance carry should adapt to the athlete.

Not the other way around.

The FERAL Modular Fueling Belt System was developed as a configurable platform rather than a single fixed waist pack.

At the center is a structured low-profile belt chassis designed to distribute carried weight around the pelvic region while maintaining compatibility with FERAL compression bottoms and their existing storage architecture.

Individual storage and hydration components connect to the belt system according to the needs of the run.

Short session? Run the chassis lighter. Long-distance effort? Add hydration and nutrition capacity. Technical trail day? Configure the system around the equipment required for the route.

The objective is not maximum storage.

It is purposeful storage.

Hydration modules are positioned laterally to help distribute fluid weight across the belt rather than concentrating mass in one large rear compartment.

A central zippered storage module provides protected space for larger essentials, while smaller modular compartments keep nutrition, keys, cards, and other items organized and accessible.

The system is designed around the same Pelvic Interface Zone™ used throughout FERAL apparel development. This allows the fueling belt and Kinetic compression system to function together rather than independently stacking storage, seams, and pressure in the same locations.

The result is a configurable endurance platform that changes with the mission.

Carry only what you need. Configure it how you need it.

ENGINEERED FEATURES

MODULAR CARRY ARCHITECTURE

Interchangeable storage and hydration components allow athletes to configure the belt according to distance, terrain, training objective, and required equipment. The system is designed to visually communicate modularity.

DUAL HYDRATION SUPPORT

The current product architecture is developed to support two lateral hydration carriers. Lateral positioning is intended to distribute fluid load across the belt rather than concentrating mass in a single rear compartment.

CENTRAL SECURE STORAGE

A larger central zippered compartment provides secure storage for essential equipment including phone, nutrition, keys, small accessories, and lightweight emergency equipment. Final internal organization remains subject to production development.

MODULAR UTILITY MODULES

Smaller attachable compartments may be used for gels, nutrition, cards, keys, small tools, and personal essentials. The system is designed to allow an athlete to carry only the modules required for a specific session.

PELVIC INTERFACE ZONE™

The belt is designed to coordinate with FERAL compression bottoms. The pressure and storage architecture is developed to avoid intentionally stacking major components directly over the primary apparel pockets and structural zones.

ADJUSTABLE LOAD POSITIONING

The belt chassis allows controlled fit adjustment around the waist or high hip. Final consumer circumference range will be published following prototype and loaded-motion testing.

LOW-PROFILE CHASSIS

The structural belt is designed to remain close to the body. Oversized tactical webbing, unnecessary bulk, and military-pack aesthetics are intentionally avoided. This is performance endurance equipment.

DURABLE PERFORMANCE MATERIALS

Material selection is developed to prioritize low water absorption, abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, lightweight structure, repeated outdoor use, and secure hardware retention.

WEATHER-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION INTENT

External materials and protected storage are developed around exposure to sweat, rain, dirt, and trail environments. Final weather-resistance designation will be confirmed following production testing.

MATERIAL ARCHITECTURE

Belt Chassis

High-strength performance textile or composite structure designed around stability, flexibility, low bulk, sweat exposure, abrasion resistance, and long-duration wear.

Storage Modules

Durable lightweight woven technical fabric with structured reinforcement where required.

Stretch Components

High-recovery stretch zones may be used for secure item retention.

Interior Contact Surface

Comfort-focused low-friction material intended for prolonged contact with apparel and the body.

Hardware

Lightweight high-strength buckles, adjusters, attachment hardware, and zipper systems. Hardware remains minimal and technical.

Hydration Carriers

Structured stretch or reinforced textile designed to retain the approved hydration vessel securely during movement.

Final materials, hardware, coating systems, and component specifications remain subject to prototype testing and production validation.

HYDRATION

Configuration: Dual Lateral Hydration

The current FERAL system concept includes two lateral hydration carriers designed to distribute fluid load across the belt.

Final vessel capacity will be confirmed when the production bottle specification is formally approved.

FIT

  • Fit: Adjustable / Close-to-Body

  • Gender: Unisex

Designed to sit securely around the waist or upper pelvic region while allowing the athlete to adjust tension according to body shape, clothing layers, and carried load.

Final consumer fit range and circumference measurements will be published following prototype and loaded-motion testing.

COLOR

Carbon Black

A matte Carbon Black modular chassis with tonal technical components and restrained metallic-silver FERAL branding.

BUILT AS A SYSTEM

The Modular Fueling Belt System is the external carry layer of the FERAL endurance architecture.

Hydration is distributed laterally. Storage is modular. The belt chassis anchors the carried load. The Pelvic Interface coordinates the belt with the apparel system beneath it. Modules can be added or removed according to distance and mission.

The athlete chooses the load. The system carries it.
