The FERAL OPS-5 Trail Cap is a lightweight endurance running cap engineered around airflow, sweat management, fast drying, and secure fit.

Laser-perforated ventilation, a moisture-managing internal sweatband, an adjustable rear closure, and a performance-curved brim create a low-bulk headwear system designed for road, trail, race day, and long-distance training.

Headwear becomes part of the performance system the moment conditions get hot, exposed, wet, or long.

The OPS-5 Trail Cap was developed around that reality.

Rather than treating the cap as a branded accessory, FERAL approaches it as technical equipment.

The shell uses a lightweight quick-drying material designed to minimize unnecessary heat retention and water weight.

Across the side and rear panels, Mapped Ventilation Architecture™ introduces laser-perforated or similarly engineered airflow zones. The ventilation pattern is intended to release heat while maintaining enough structure for the cap to hold its shape through repeated use.

Inside the cap, a moisture-managing sweatband addresses one of the primary failure points of endurance headwear: accumulated sweat at the forehead and perimeter.
